Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly.
Subscriptions are currently paid using USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) and renew automatically through NOWPayments recurring billing.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.
After cancellation:
- Future recurring charges stop
- Access remains until the end of the paid subscription term
Cancellation does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
7. Refund Policy
SleepOps subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
Because crypto payments are generally irreversible by default, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be issued only when:
- Required by law
- Billing errors occurred
- Duplicate payments occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
If SleepOps approves a refund in exceptional cases, it may be issued in USDT or an equivalent amount at SleepOps' discretion, minus any non-refundable network or processing costs where applicable.
8. Crypto Payments and Recurring Billing (USDT on TRON / TRC20)
SleepOps subscriptions may be purchased using USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Subscriptions renew automatically through NOWPayments recurring billing unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
8.1 Accepted Network
Payments must be made using USDT on TRON (TRC20) only, unless a different method is explicitly shown at checkout.
8.2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network and for authorizing the correct payment amount shown at checkout.
Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, or authorizing an incorrect amount may result in:

- Payment failure
- Loss of funds
8.3 Access Timing
Subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation.
Confirmation times may vary depending on network conditions and payment processing.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.
